Do not be alarmed! There was no actual explosion. My tastebuds did explode in delight but nobody was harmed. I’ve been going through some those days of which I like to call: “Blergh days” where I’m not entirely feeling myself and just sulk around like some sort of panda. Today, I decided, that I would no longer act like a lazy panda but a panda with a prowess for baking. These brownies were birthed from my dedicated decision! Not only are they a simple treat that will purge all of your chocolate or Nutella cravings but they are panda approved!
Ingredients
7 oz of Nutella (or a little more than half the 13.oz jar)
1/2 C of JIF Hazelnut spread
2 tbs of sugar
1 tbs of milk
1/2 C of flour
2 large eggs
Note* JIf Hazelnut Spread can be replaced by just Nutella. However, I would just use 1 tbs of sugar.
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Also, don’t forget to tell the oven how much you love it. Even ovens need to be reminded that you care.
2. In a medium sized bowl, add and mix all of the ingredients until smooth. Yes, it really is that simple.
3. Grease whatever baking sheet you intend to use and graciously spread the brownie batter. You want to spread the brownies evenly. I suggest you give the brownie mixture a pep-talk before putting it in the oven. This will show the batter that it is capable of becoming delicious brownies. Bake the brownies anywhere from 18- 25 minutes. This batch took about 18 minutes.
I haven’t bought Nutella in years but I might get some now just so I can make these.
Oh, yes! I’m positive you’ll love them.
So. Much. Nutella. I understand your taste bud explosion. The same thing happened to me just thinking about these brownies!
looks yummy 🙂 mmmmmhhhh….
Mmmmm! Do these brownies have a cakey or fudgey consistency?
They’re more fudgey than cakey. 🙂
Yay! The amount of eggs always confuses me for the whole cakey/fudgey consistency… Thank you! I’ll try them tonight! 😀
Hmmm… fudgy is definitely goooooooooood!
I completely agree!
Just made them today! They were amazing!!
That’s great! I’m so happy to hear that!
